When purchasing products in kerameio.gr you must fill in your personal information on checkout such as name, address, and payment information.
Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. When the order will be approved and the items are registered in our stock, you will then receive a confirmation email with information related to your order and the shipping info.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If a product is out of stock, please contact us via email at email@example.com . You are able to preorder your item. It can take up to one month until it is shipped to the given address.
The shipping times vary depending on your country. If you are ordering from Greece, it usually takes 3-5 working days after the package is sent, to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within Europe it takes about 15 days for your order to arrive, for the rest of the world, up to 4 weeks.
How much does the shipping costs?
First it is important to know that we SHIP WORLDWIDE
Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the package. When you place your items in the cart and proceed to checkout, shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on these two variables. We are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged to receive merchandise. It is the sole responsibility of buyer to check local regulations.
Do you offer free deliveries?
Currently we are not offering a free delivery option, but stay tuned for possible offers in the future!
Can I pick up the items myself?
Yes! If you happen to be in Serifos you can place your order online and pick it up yourself at Kato chora, kerameio, Serifos

Can I cancel my order?
If you haven’t completed your order yet, you can cancel it anytime by simply removing the selected items from your cart. If you have already completed your order and want to cancel it, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately! If your order hasn’t been shipped already, we will cancel your order and refund your money. If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then send it back at your cost.

We will refund your money within 2 weeks (without the shipping cost) to your bank account when the items return back to our studio undamaged. If the items arrive damaged, you are not eligible for a refund.
My order has arrived but it is not what I expected. Can I return it?
You can return your order within 7 working days from receiving it. If you want to do so, please send as an email to email@example.com and notify us about it! You will have to arrange the shipping yourself and also cover the cost yourself.

Any used, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the goods are in the same condition as when purchased. If the items arrive damaged, you are not eligible for refund.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM
We are very sorry to hear that! Please send us an email to kerameioserifos@gmailcom within 24 hours from the day you received your parcel and tell us all about it, the more details you provide to us, the better. Please, take a photo of your damaged item and attach it to your email. If the box, containing your item, is also damaged, please take a photo of it too and send it to us. Please, do not forget to include your order number. If that is the case we will work towards finding a better
solution for shipping our products. After we receive your email, we will review it and refund yourmoney (without the shipping costs) within 2 weeks. You won’t have to send back the item, unless we ask you to.
WANT TO RETURN A GIFT
If you have received a gift, which has been bought from Kerameio and you wish to return the product we can exchange it for another product of the equivalent value without covering the shipping cost. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash. Products purchased in our physical shop in Kerameio, can be returned within 20 days and exchanged for another product or a gift card, no refund is accepted Sale items can’t be returned or refunded.
I received my order but the items are not the same to the ones I ordered.
Oops! It might happen that we shipped the wrong items, and we are very sorry about it! Please, check your receipt again and check if the items on the list don’t match the ones you received. If you are sure that we’ve made a mistake, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your order number and a photo of the received items. If you still like what you got, that is great. We will simply change our inventory and you won’t have to do a thing. If there is a price difference we return the difference into your back account within 2 weeks. If you would like to replace the items for the ones you ordered, you will have to return your item(s) back to us and place a new order. The shipping cost is covered by us but it is very important the products to arrive safe! So wrap them as carefully as we did!

I received my order, but I would like to replace some items.
If you don’t like some item(s) you’ve ordered and received, you can send them back to us and place a new order. You need to send an email to email@example.com within48 hours from the moment you have received your order and notify us! You have 7 working days to send the items back and you will have to arrange the shipping cost yourself. When we receive the items back, we will return your money, but not the shipping costs.

At Kerameio we wrap your products as a present, without extra charge. Simply write it in the comment field at your order and the order will be sent with a wrap gift. If you want the order to be sent directly to the receiver of the gift – simply just enter his or her address.
At Kerameio it is possible to purchase a gift card which can be used in our online as well as physical store. When your order is fulfilled you will receive an e-mail with the gift card for you to print, you can also choose to come by the store and pick up a physical gift card. The gift card is valid for one year after the date of purchase.

A complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 6 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
